Finding Job (SCAM)

Good day guys!

Have you ever been victimized by an unjust recruitment firm? If not, then try to read this for your reference. To the readership especially those fresh graduates from different provinces of the Philippines who will plan to find their best break in Metro Manila, allow me to give you these hints.

If you are planning to look for a job in Manila, then I advice you to think twice or even a million times. Applying for a decent work here is not that very easy because there were actors who always lead you into a wrong way. Let me narrate you a story.

A graduate from Mindanao State University - Sulu, Philippines went to Metro Manila last June 17, 2016. He made his mind to land a job there. Fortunately, when he applied through online and received text messages coming from different companies in Manila, he was so excited to book his flight.

18 of June 2016 when finally arrived in the town he has been dreaming of, he enthusiastically went to Teleperformance Philippines at Metropoint Mall, Edsa Rotonda, Pasay City. When you looked into his facial feature, he was really proud of having decent work in Teleperformance. However, along his way off he bumped into a Human Resource Staff of Embivi Management Service Corporation (EMSC) and at no time he made it to Teleperformance.

A job seeker who was not mindful of trickery business in Manila, trusted the HR Staff and brought him to their office nearby Metropoint. While sitting inside the office, HR manager explained thoroughly the advantaged of work deployment in their firm. He believed it immediately and hastened paid the "Surety Bonds" amounting of three hundred pesos (300), additional seven hundred fifty (750) pesos for uniform, and seventy-five (75) pesos again for Temporary I.D as passport of transacting in their office officially. After paying the fees, Manager Kim as they called advised him to process his medical exam at Kenzi Medical Clinic at Tayuman and proceed to main office for orientation at Pasda Building, Quezon City again pay the "Assessment Fee."

At that time, he suspected the operation due to the non-issuance of official receipt. But working anxiety makes him pursued the application until he realized he was SCAMMED.

Let me tell you this, be mindful of the recruitment firm that is not accomplished the following: 1.registration from Bureau of Local Employment or Department of Labor and Employment.
2. No Official Receipt issued
3. Collect money immediately
4. Attractive Salary Grade or Offer
5. No formal interview
